The Senior Corporate Director Human Resources will lead and manage the HR function for corporate associates, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. This role involves overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR strategies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The Director will work closely with corporate leadership to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, development, and retention.
ResponsibilitiesQUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; experience within hospitality industry desired.PHR Certification is desired.Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
