Position Summary

We’re currently looking for a Senior Corporate Insurance Analyst to join our Risk Treasury team. This role will be responsible for supporting all lines of insurance policy renewals. Prepare underwriting data for application submissions, support renewal negotiations, prepare program briefing material, and maintain communication with brokers and carriers as needed.

*** This role will be HYBRID in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday @ HQ in Nashville, TN ***

Responsibilities

Collect and validate underwriting and exposure information for insurance renewals and new placements

Provide monthly financial reporting and accounting for Workers’ Compensation retained risk

Oversee Workers’ Compensation Claims reporting requirements, including scorecards, executive summaries, large loss reports, trend analysis and other insurance lines added to system

Assists in the responsibility for Risk financial reporting, including monthly allocations, variable chargebacks, actuarial data

Maintain account and reporting structure in risk management information system

Disseminate auto ID, certificate of insurance, and bonds following renewals and ongoing during the year

5-8 years financial risk and insurance experience within a large multinational environment

Bachelor's degree in business or related field

Practical experience creating loss triangles, accrual analysis, loss forecasting and statistical analysis

Managed and validated the collection of business exposure information across multiple countries and currencies

Experience with complex financial risk processes

ARM (Associate in Risk Management) certification required
