Senior Corporate Insurance Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Corporate Insurance Consultant

In this role, you will:

Lead or participate in large or moderately complex exposure and analysis, risk mitigation, financing, claims programs, and processes within insurance riskContribute to development and implementation of risk strategiesEvaluate moderately complex exposures to accidental loss Analyze qualitative or quantitative data of the possibility of loss and the potential impact within insurance riskLead teams in structure designDevelop self insurance programs and marketing strategies Manage deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of claims management policies, programs and related systemsCollaborate and consult with more experienced staff for support on complex analysis, oversight of outside council and third party agenciesLead projects and provide guidance to teams


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Corporate Insurable Risk Management, Risk Management Consulting, Property or Casualty Insurance, or Insurance Brokerage experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Ability to research, compile, and perform complex analysis on insurance dataKnowledge and understanding of compliance or risk Ability to independently provide summaries and make strategic recommendationsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detailOutstanding technical and critical thinking skillsOutstanding troubleshooting and resolution skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office, including Excel, skillsCommercial insurance experience2+ years of property and casualty insurance experience
