Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Corporate Operational Excellence Engineer in Tamarac, FL. Duties Include: * Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement corporate operational excellence strategies that drive safety, productivity, cost savings, and overall business performance * Process Improvement: Identify, assess, and prioritize process inefficiencies across various departments; design and implement solutions using Toyota Production Systems (TPS) and LEAN Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies * Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of current processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to streamline operations; Understand basic concepts of process design to clearly define responsibilities, connections, inputs/outputs, and how to perform the process * Leadership & Mentoring: Lead cross-functional teams on improvement projects, providing coaching and mentoring to junior engineers and other team members in continuous improvement principles * Training & Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops on TPS culture and LEAN Six Sigma process improvement tools and techniques to promote a culture of continuous improvement * Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to monitor progress, measure the impact of improvement initiatives, and drive decision-making; Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation capital projects (Improving safety, quality, and delivery) * Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track and report on the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives * Best Practices & Standardization: Establish and disseminate best practices across the organization, standardizing processes where possible and ensuring adherence to operational excellence principles
