Beacon Hill Legal's client, a Real Estate Investment firm, located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal for a long-term contract coverage, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate for this role will have 8+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal with a preference for experience in real estate. The candidate hired must commute to their office in Midtown, Manhattan 5x a week.

Responsibilities

Maintain corporate entity management platform, which includes working with our various corporate service agents on state filings and annual reports to ensure legal compliancePrepare corporate filings, including entity formation/dissolutionMaintain accurate corporate records and organizational documentsPrepare corporate resolutions, corporate minutes and officer's certificatesSupport corporate/real estate transactions and closings, including preparation of authorizing resolutions and coordinating document execution

Qualifications
