The Talent Acquisition Packaging Manufacturing team is looking for a dynamic team member to fill the Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter position. In addition to full lifecycle recruiting, you can expect to partner with Hiring and Human Resource Managers to drive our developing talent strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for manufacturing, skilled labor, and engineering roles in an in-house, corporate department.
JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Drive diverse candidate searches and source quality candidates. Assist with the execution, development, and implementation of talent acquisition strategies. Support a positive candidate experience through best in class recruiting measures. Provide detailed, weekly summaries to hiring managers, maintain thorough communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process, and meet compliance standards and metrics.
REQUIREMENTS:
Remote role. Must reside in the Dallas, TX area. Monthly and quarterly visits to South and West USA regional plants and corporate office in Atlanta, GA (up to 50% travel).
BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:
Must demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, success managing multiple priorities, and working well in a team while conveying a sense of urgency. Must provide key metrics to optimize the internal and external recruiting processes and strategies. Must generate candidates from a variety of channels including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media channels. Must provide successful examples of working independently and remotely. 3-5 years of recruitment experience sourcing candidates for roles in the manufacturing industry (preferred). 3-5 years of experience recruiting in the paper and/or packaging industry (preferred). 3-5 years of experience working with applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors preferred).
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Advanced Degree and/or certifications considered but not required.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Sitting or standing for extended periods of time up to 8-hours. Occasionally lifting up to 20 lbs. Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
Pay Range: $80,600.00 - $107,400.00
