Senior Corporate Strategy Analyst

Position Overview International is currently seeking a Senior Corporate Strategy Analyst to take our business to the next level! This position is based out of our World HQ in Lisle, IL. The trucking industry is going through a dynamic phase driven by rapid advancements in areas such as autonomy, connectivity, and the ever-increasing demand for electrification. The Corporate Strategy team is looking to hire an organized, highly motivated Senior Analyst to help shape the future of International. This individual will perform deep-dive strategic studies and data analysis to support the delivery of strategic recommendations. Responsibilities Conduct external market research, including detailed competitive analysis Understand, manage, and independently deliver research and analysis Make reasonable assumptions to address gaps in data and understand potential limitations of the output Analyze the impact of key developments in the market and business Develop business models to assess future opportunities Provide actionable strategy recommendations based on your analysis Support the financial and strategic evaluation of corporate development opportunities, including new business models Support Corporate Strategy led projects Collaborate with the team to provide a long-term perspective on technologies of company interest and support business strategies Partner with managers by providing analysis tools that will allow functional areas to evaluate and choose between strategic and tactical options, define measurements of success and the related target key performance metrics (KPIs) Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 2 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experience OR Master’s degree At least 1 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experience OR At least 5 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
