What you'll doIn this role, you will manage junior finance team members, the Unanet System and serve as Administrator, and the month end closing processes and ensure it is completed by the 15th of the following month. You'll analyze Rand reconcile General Ledger to Cost Report. Other responsibilities are listed below:
Prepare monthly financial statements with variance analysisPrepare monthly financial report for senior management and other reports for PMO as neededReconcie Balance Sheet and P&L accounts monthlyEnter adjusting and accrual journal entries monthlyPrepare incurred cost submission reort including all scheudules required by DCAA audit programsPerform payroll in ADPTake the lead in financial audits, DCAA audits and tax preparation with external CPAAssist in 401k audits as neededOversee and Support/back-up invoicing as needed (FFP, T&M, CPFF)Support with M&A activities and integrationSupport CFO and participate in other projects as needed What you'll bring Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or university) in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of work experienceFive or more (5+) years’ experience in government contracting accounting and Unanet Financial A commitment to your profession demonstrated by participation in providing support, guidance and memberships in professional associationExpert in using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is a plusA desire to join some of the most capable and experienced telecommunications and engineering professionals in the industry and contribute to the ongoing growth of our venture together Why you'll want to join usImpassioned strategic thinkers who are eager to learn, grow and contribute to a shared company mission.
