Senior Cost Accountant Elgin, IL (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Elgin+IL+USA) Description Job Title: SeniorCost Accountant Reporting To:CFO Direct Reports:None Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Sr. Cost Accountant with strong QuickBooks enterprise skills Job Responsibilities + This individual will be working on bill of material PPV + Cost Cards + Plant KPIs + Margin Analysis + Variance reconciliation + Customer contract true-ups + Inventory analysis, and account reconciliations Requirements + Strong QuickBooks skills (Preferably Enterprise) + Fishbowl Inventory System experience preferred + ERP experience + Five (5) years of overall general Accounting experience + Strong Excel skills (V-Lookups and Pivot Tables) + Minimum of 5 years of cost accounting experience + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required + Cost and pricing experience + Manufacturing experience + Food industry experience preferred + Bilingual (Spanish) preferred + Must have a great attitude, be a highly organized self-starter, be able to pay attention to detail, have strong communication skills and work ethic, and be able to disseminate information to others effectively and efficiently. Prior experience with ERP systems is desirable.
