Job Title: Senior Construction Estimator

Salary: $120,000-$170,000

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction estimation process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What you will do doing:

Perform detailed cost estimates and prepare bids for construction projectsReview and analyze project plans and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment requirementsNACFAC, USACE, DOD, DOECollaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop accurate project estimatesCreate and maintain detailed project cost reports and documentationAssist in the development of project schedules and budgetsManage multiple projects concurrently and meet project deadlinesProvide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the project lifecycle

What you need:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related fieldProficiency in Timberline Software, OST, and Government estimating proceduresAbility to prepare comprehensive and accurate project estimatesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGBNA certification is a plus
