You are the regional lead who oversees internal investigations into potential employee fraud, misconduct, theft and other fiscal noncompliance incidents. In this role, you plan, organize, conduct and manage investigations of alleged misconduct and serve as a trusted advisor to management in your region.
How you will contribute
In this role, you will conduct investigations in accordance with policies and guidelines (to include the management of third parties and internal resources) focused on, but not limited to, allegations of fraud and financial noncompliance. You will work with employees in internal audit and controls, business integrity and other functions) to evaluate risks, review processes, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions. To help educate employees, you will develop and deliver investigative training and fraud awareness programs.
