This role is integral to our Legal Services function, offering counsel on a range of legal matters. **What You’ll Do:** + Review final contracts, office leases, and other legal documents related to commercial real estate. + Provide legal counsel on regulatory matters, strategic initiatives, and contracts including intellectual property and dispute resolution. + Collaborate with teams on client, partner, and commercial contracts, as well as mergers and acquisitions. + Investigate claims and complaints, making informed business decisions based on findings. + Represent the company in court appearances on subpoenas. + Offer expert legal guidance to managers, executives, and employees. + Resolve pre-litigation, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution issues. + Lead by example, modeling CBRE RISE values and promoting consensus. **What You’ll Need:** + Juris Doctorate and active member of State Bar in good standing. + 5-8 years of relevant legal experience. + Strong analytical and judgment skills. + Fresh perspective on existing solutions. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Exceptional organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset. **Why Join Us?** At CBRE, you’ll have the opportunity to impact a range of activities within our team and across the organization.
