Together with your team, you’ll provide the critical support needed worldwide for all Apple products and businesses.DescriptionDescriptionProvide legal advice and general trade support to Greater Export and Trade Compliance teams at Apple, including guidance on Export and Sanctions, customs, tariffs, and other global trade related regulations, and forced labor laws Support development and maintenance of compliance materials, like policies, procedures, website, and training Provide live training on trade, export, and sanctions matters Deep knowledge of EAR, ITAR, U.S. Foreign Trade Relations, anti-boycott regulations, OFAC and other global prohibited party lists, and customs General support for compliance initiatives as it pertains to Trade Provide strategic support to legal teams and Apple senior leadership Manage all outside counsel relationships as they pertain to trade and trade issuesMinimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications10 years experience in a law firm or in house working on trade and export issuesJD and admission to at least one US state bar.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsAbility to work independentlyAbility to make decisionsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentEducation & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsPay & BenefitsPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $221,600 and $333,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
