Position Overview
As a Senior CPA you will leverage your extensive experience to deliver high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services to the existing and new clients. You will play a critical role in guiding the firm's strategic direction and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. This position offers a clear path to a Managing Partner role, where you will assume leadership responsibilities and drive the firm's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
... Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, providing strategic tax and financial advice. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities to expand services and grow client accounts.Technical Expertise:
Oversee complex tax planning and compliance engagement. Provide guidance on GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards, ensuring compliance and optimal client outcomes.Leadership and Development:
Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Set the standard by promoting ethical practices, integrity, and a client-focused approach. Participate in firm wide initiatives and contribute to strategic planning.Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base. Represent the firm at networking events, industry conferences, and community functions. Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.Operational Excellence:

CPA Certification is required. A minimum of 10 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax and advisory services. Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations, GAAP, and financial reporting standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop staff. Proven business development skills with a track record of successful client acquisition. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive firm growth and innovation. Experience in a leadership role with a public accounting firm highly preferred. Knowledge of Creative Solutions software is a plus.
