Tonic, Highmark’s in-house creative agency, is forming a new team – one that’s dedicated exclusively to initiatives that defy definition and reimagine the industry. We’re seeking a highly awarded Senior Designer to join a group that crafts experiences that transcend categories and expectations. We’re taking on the complexities of the health care industry, one by one, and we’re giving you the opportunity to create interactions that inspire and inform. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Consult with clients, evaluate communication needs and specifications, study data provided, consider targetaudience and their specific needs, conduct creative analysis and research, identify, develop or procure creative resources and formulate design solutions. Incumbents may develop these strategies independently, or may be working with internal and/or external designers and writers. End results of this collaboration includes plans and/or executions of multifaceted campaigns or individual print collateral, animations, interactive media, web design, photography, digital photo manipulation, exhibits, displays, signage, environments, logos, executive presentations and communications, video production consulting, advertising, visual identity systems or conference event logistics and/or graphics.Project management and production to include the production of jobs and tracking of reports.Serves as a mentor for graphic designers and interns.Other duties as assigned or requested.EDUCATION
