Progress toward financial certification is preferred. **Experience:** Intermediate level of relevant work experience required. **QUALIFICATIONS** Additional Information: + Perform credit risk assessments on new and existing customers. + Must have financial acumen and financial analysis experience, including interpreting and spreading key financial data. + Ability to evaluate financial statements, analyze trends, interpret credit reports, and monitor industry trends to determine the financial stability of a company. + Responsible for preparing detailed financial risk assessments by analyzing financial data, evaluating risk, and making recommendations on a customer’s creditworthiness. + Construction Industry credit experience preferred, with knowledge in mechanics lien & bond claims, private and commercial construction projects, contractual chains, ability to navigate through purchase order and contract details, understanding project milestones, draw dates, and pay apps/AIA requirements.
