The position

As the Crime Prevention Specialist, you will be part of a local and collaborative Legal team of 9 people. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients comply with regulatory requirements on Crime prevention.

 

Your responsibilities

Design, implement and monitor taylor-made Plans to cover the Criminal Liability of a variety of client entities according to the Spanish Criminal law and any other Spanish regulations in force which may be of application from time to time. High level of engagement and commitment throughout the different phases, analysis of the client to build the foundations, implement the manuals and policies and monitor the Plans to ascertain full compliance.  Review of contracts of any nature and any legal documents as may be required to ascertain that their clauses are compliant with the Spanish Criminal law and that they do not contravene the policies and procedures agreed by the client entities.

 

Your profile

Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Crime Prevention area as part of the Compliance team or the Forensic Team either in a Law Firm or a Company ie: Property Management Company, Asset Management Company Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law A great command of English to speak fluently with clients (B2/C1). Proven field experience successfully implementing Plans in operative entities will be a plus. Good presentation, communication skills. Client oriented Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment is essential. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks, meet deadlines and work well under pressure. A proactive approach to everyday tasks and team-oriented person.
