WHAT YOU'LL DO
Will collaborate with the in-house studio and production team to develop loyalty and CRM campaigns, promotions, and branded materials for the website, app, email, SMS, and other 1:1 marketing channels. This position requires expertise for the basic mechanics of direct response, email, and achieving CRM objectives while using a hands-on approach to developing visually compelling and user-centric designs that align with our brand.Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute compelling designs that meet business objectives: including but not limited to email campaigns, components for web/app, social media graphics, and promotional materials.Digest creative briefs and output designs that are in-line with our brand to drive consistency across marketing projects.Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, providing clear and persuasive presentations when needed. Gather feedback and adapt designs to meet project objectives.Partner with marketing teams to understand and implement large cross-channel campaigns. Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and tools.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Education and Experience:
8 years of professional design experience focused on CRM and digital-focused creative.Experience with print creative and production.Experience with designing for print communications. Experience with Workfront and Slack preferred.Knowledge and Skills:
Solid understanding of direct 1:1 marketing, loyalty programs, and other CRM communications.Highly proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Understanding of HTML and CSS (however coding is not required)Written and oral communication skills.Expert knowledge in design principles including, but not exclusive to, visual hierarchy, color theory, negative space, typography, balance, and alignment.Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self-motivated and independent designer with the ability to think-ahead on projects and take proactive steps to advance creative projects with minimal direction.Must have a strong portfolio showcasing high-end design skills and creative across varied channels, including email.
