Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Engineer, IFT Tools to join our innovative IT team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Salesforce CRM, with a strong emphasis on Lightning UI and Lightning Web Components. Proficiency in Java and the latest front-end web technologies is essential. While Veeva skills are a nice-to-have, our primary focus is on candidates with deep expertise in Salesforce and web development. This role requires a technically adept individual who can work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
Salesforce CRM Development:
+ Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
+ Leverage Salesforce Lightning UI and Lightning Web Components to enhance user experience and system functionality.
+ Develop custom applications and integrations using Salesforce platform capabilities.
Front-End Development:
+ Design and develop responsive web applications using the latest front-end technologies.
+ Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of the front-end codebase.
+ Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Back-End Development:
+ Develop and maintain server-side logic using Salesforce Apex, Java and related technologies.
+ Implement robust and scalable back-end services to support front-end applications.
+ Integrate with third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality.
Technical Expertise:
+ Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design and architecture of IT tools and systems.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Salesforce, web technologies, and best practices.
Collaboration & Communication:
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT, to ensure solutions meet business needs.
+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
+ Facilitate regular meetings and status updates with project teams and management.
Project Management:
+ Lead IT tool-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
+ Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.
Continuous Improvement:
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within IT tools and systems.
+ Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
+ Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to support IT initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM.
+ Expertise in Salesforce Lightning UI and Lightning Web Components.
+ Proficiency in Java and related back-end technologies.
+ Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
+ Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
+ Strong team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
+ Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
+ Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
Beneficial:
+ Veeva skills are a plus but not required.

+ This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.

Salary: $80,500 - $153,000
