Job DescriptionThe Sr CRM Manager leads the delivery of marketing automation solutions to meet goals and technical requirements of our global roster of clients & prospects.
The ideal candidate will be a certified subject matter expert of one or more CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Microsoft Dynamics 365, and will articulately consult with clients to develop the best solutions.
Reporting to our Senior Director CRM, a successful Sr CRM Manager will work with the CRM leadership and will translate our client's requirements into technical solution designs and automated program flows. You will lead client workshops, coordinate relevant internal documentation, scope projects and influence all partners at a senior level.
Responsibilities
Be the technical lead on client engagements for their challenges related to marketing automation projects.Present the benefits of the marketing automation architecture and integration capabilities.Create an applicable Functional Specification Document (FSD, Blueprint) based on the Business Requirements Document (BRD) that aligns a client's needs to that of the platform solutions.Lead the implementation of the functional & technical solution as defined in the FSD.Manage multiple client engagements and work with associated team members e.g. Client Partner, Technical Engineering lead, Investing Analytics lead.Identify project risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve.Collaborate with the CRM lead in scoping projects and work with project managers to create and follow project plans and timelines.QualificationsKnowledge & Experience Requirements
5+ years of experience at CRMUnderstand and hands-on experience using and implementing marketing automation platforms.Experience with Pardot, Big Query, Personalization Studio and Tableau is a significant plus.Experience leading customer-facing discussions.Create Functional Specification Documents.An understanding in using WebServices - SOAP and REST APIs.Familiarity with data architecture/schema.Experience in marketing automation project setup, including Deliverability & IP Warming, Whitelisting/Blacklisting, Country-Specific Legal Requirements, APIs, AmpScript/SQL, Journey Building, Predictive Content, Database Management, ETL, Common Marketing Indicators for Reporting.Proficient in marketing technologies (specifically campaign management, data management platforms); general knowledge of HTML.Exposure to Google Marketing Platform and Meta Business Suite.Fluent in both Spanish and English - MandatoryMain Attributes
