Senior CT Imaging Specialist, Clinical Patient Screening

In close partnership with principal investigators, dedicated medical professionals, patient advocacy groups, and regulatory authorities, you will drive the evidence needed to optimize patient outcomes.

How you’ll make an impact:

Provide education and technical support to hospitals, sites, HCP’s for CT acquisition/reconstruction techniquesAssist in creation of CT acquisition protocols for various CT based therapies (e.g., TMVR, TTVR)Analyze imaging and/or oversee third party image analysis for patient screening and contribute an opinion to the assessment of potential casesAnalyze, summarize, and present clinical baseline, procedural, and follow-up imaging (e.g., CT) to provide inputs that support new product and procedure development and to support event investigationsCreate training content relevant to image acquisition and analysis for HCPs

What you'll need (Required):

 Bachelors Degree in related scientific or technical field with 5 years of previous in hospital clinical experienceOr Associate degree in radiography, radiologic technology or nuclear medicine with 7 years of previous related experience required.Or Technical certificate in Computed Tomography (CT) Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with 7 years of related experience.

What else we look for (Preferred):

Current state license to work as a CT technologist strongly preferred5+ years’ experience of previous in-hospital and/or industry with clinical structural heart cardiac CT acquisition/reconstruction (e.g., TAVR, TMVR, TTVR) strongly preferredExcellent knowledge of 1-2 common CT scanners (e.g., GE, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba, etc.)Ability to travel up to 70% and based in Irvine, CaliforniaGood computer skills, including Microsoft Office SuiteGood imaging analysis software skills (e.g. 3Mensio, Vitrea, Circle VI, etc.)Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsAble to effectively guide and instruct other imaging specialists in clinical settings on effective imaging equipment operationRequires strong diplomacy, influencing and relationship management skillsDemonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skillsMust be able to work in a team environment, fostering collaboration between inter-departmental teams, HCPs and KOLsFull knowledge of relevant imaging equipment operation (e.g. CT)Full knowledge and understanding of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to cardiovascular imagingGood leadership skills and ability to influence changeStrict attention to detailAbility to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projectsGood imaging analysis software skills (e.g. 3Mensio, Vitrea, Circle VI, etc.)Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizationsAdhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $127,000 (highly experienced).
