As our Senior Custody Product Manager you will:
Shape the overall custody value proposition in the USA for safekeeping and settlement, asset servicing and custody tax. USA is a market used by all our Global custody clients (~20% of all Global Custody assets - 500 clients) with unique settlement nuances to the US market across equities, bonds or mutual fundsClosely follow the custody and regulatory impacts in the US with the regulator, HSBC reg compliance and legal; adjust the custody offering accordingly; perform custody market advocacy with DTCC, Fedwire, AGCSupport the local product execution of the HSBC Securities Services US custody strategyBe the Securities Services custody product contact for solutions related to HSBC Prime Finance USASupport custody changes in the Americas for the global custody client base and impacts to operating modelOffer general custody product expertise to support our global DCC client base based in the USA in local meetingsDrive and manage the products with the objective to contribute to the improvement of the overall profitability of Securities Services, to enhance the client experienceGrow and maintain the overall assets under custody of HSBC Securities Services, while promoting client satisfaction, digitization, scalability and innovationTake a pro-active approach in developing a comprehensive understanding of the development of the global securities services marketRepresent HSBC externally and internally with authority in matters relating to Custody. This will include amongst other clients, regulators, advisers etc.For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $178,000.00 and $150,000.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
