Working as a Senior Customer Analyst on the Walmart Sales Team, you will unleash your passion for analytics to uncover unique trends and insights. This position is located in Northwest Arkansas with a requirement to be in our Rogers, AR sales office two days per week. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS Required: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced expertise in Excel and experience building PowerPoint presentations. · Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints. · Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly. Preferred: · Previous experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels, both verbally and in writing. · Advanced technical ability in Point of Sale (POS) & Customer data. · Understanding of promotional methodology and management. Compensation Insights Salary Range: $81,520.00 -$106,995.00 Position is bonus eligible Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
