Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $21.06 - $31.63/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

The essential responsibilities of the Sr. Forms Specialist is to analyze, create, and edit all documents that are used in the Dealer Software Solutions (DSS) QA and Production sites. In this role the Sr. Forms Specialist works with Vendor Relations and QA Analyst teams to implement all documents into production we receive from Lenders, OEM’s, States, 3rd Party Providers, etc. 

In addition, the Forms Specialist II act as the company’s main contact for new dealer clients moving onto our system by proactively setting up their Business Office Application and data binding of all documents. The Specialist II will manage relationships with key stakeholders and oversee multiple projects spanning a 3 to 6-month period and be the document resource for problem resolution.

Analyze all types of documents (carbon/PDF) for dealership transactions. This includes funding, registration and titling, aftermarket providers and dealer process documentsUsing front end document designing tools, code fields and add data bindings to all documents.Utilize in house tools to configure documents for validations and calculationsDocument any changes that require new fields, validations or calculationsResolve issues that occur in development before pushing documents into QA EnvironmentSupport development and QA teams requiring UAT testing of documents. Also, assist any vendor partner with issues that might arise in UATHave a knowledge of RPG and Java script coding for UAT testing.Responsible for learning and understanding existing and new compliance regulations for all 50 states, OEMs, and Financial Institutions.Responsible for understanding the Business Office application within the DMS to assist clients with setups ensuring taxes, and form programming is accurate for deal fundingResponsible for understanding of dealerships products, processes and 3rd party product integrations to properly implement setups and programming of formsRequired to make changes, and/or adjustments to the clients’ documents, including alignment, calculation errors, disclosure and any customization requests from the clientMaintains close relationship with key stakeholders during implementation for Application setups and UAT over a six-month period.Works closely with Implementation Managers and Specialists to ensure that the client’s needs are being met and all project tasks are done accurately and on time.In partnership with Forms Assurance deliver support for all DSS Document tools, including eSignature, Archiving and other strategic initiatives.Travels on-demand to client sites, when approved (only a case by case basis)Effective remote management of their assigned accounts/projects is a key requirement for this position. Including the use of Microsoft Teams and Go-to-Meeting.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED and 5 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience; or 7 years experience in a related field ​Experience working in the automotive or financial industryWorking knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint, SalesforceStrong relationship management and business development abilitiesAbility to work effectively with individuals, groups, and external business unitsWell-developed written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsCritical thinking, analytical, investigative thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently, with minimal directionConflict resolution experienceFlexible and adaptable in handling and implementing changeMust be a self-motivated individualAbility to grasp concepts quickly, take proactive ownership of tasks and processes and is a team player
