Job summary – What to expect: 

CooperVision’s Myopia Management portfolio (including MiSight® 1 day, MiSight® Spectacle lenses and orthokeratology brands) is a key growth driver for the company and the industry in the EMEA region.

In this new and exciting role, you will be responsible for customer marketing efforts for MiSight® 1 day and MiSight® Spectacle Lenses across EMEA, working closely with the EMEA Brand Marketing Manager Myopia Management, EMEA Senior Commercial Manager and EMEA Senior Professional Affairs Manager to ensure the effective execution of customer marketing plans through local market team engagement.

This role is also responsible for delivering the marketing strategy for MiSight® Spectacle lenses while collaborating with EMEA Brand Manager Myopia Management, EMEA Senior Commercial Manager, EMEA Senior Professional Affairs Manager and local marketing teams to ensure the alignment of business objectives and launch strategy.

Scope

Adapts EMEA myopia management marketing plans to create key customer strategies and plans, including market and competitive analysis and customer targeting in collaboration with EMEA Senior Commercial Manager, Senior Customer Marketing Lead, EMEA and local market teams. Lead development of value-adding myopia management tools and services to enhance CooperVision’s offering internally and externally, in partnership with EMEA Category and Customer team, Senior Professional Affairs Manager and Director of Strategic Partner Accounts, EMEA.. Delivers effective MiSight® Spectacle Lens launch strategy and customer marketing plans to local marketing teams. Strong collaboration with global, regional, and local teams to ensure alignment and optimal execution of marketing strategies. Role has dotted-line reporting into Senior Director of Category & Customer Enablement, EMEA. 

Essential Functions & Accountabilities

Customer Marketing, MiSight® 1 day and MiSight® Spectacle Lenses

Takes customer needs and category insights relating to myopia management and drives to action. Enables market teams to develop myopia management customer strategies and plans, including market and competitive analysis and customer targeting in collaboration with EMEA Senior Commercial Manager, EMEA Customer Marketing Lead and local marketing teams. Adapts EMEA myopia management brand marketing strategies, plans and campaigns to suit key EMEA customers. Lead development of value-adding myopia management tools and services to enhance CooperVision’s offering internally and externally, in partnership with EMEA Category and Customer team. Work closely with EMEA Senior Commercial Manager and Senior Customer Marketing Lead, EMEA to identify market and customer opportunities for maximising myopia management business plans and revenue sales.

MiSight Spectacle Lens Brand and Product Management

Responsibility for brand and product management for MiSight Spectacle Lenses and delivering EMEA launch strategy to markets. Partner with the EMEA Senior Commercial Manager and EMEA Senior Professional Affairs Manager to align and execute the MiSight® Spectacle Lens commercial plans, ensuring local market implementation through Brand and Customer Marketing Managers. Develop and align annual MiSight® Spectacle Lens communication plans, integrating both trade (professional) and consumer strategies through digital and traditional channels. Drive creative asset production and manage collateral for MiSight® Spectacle Lens campaigns, including internal support materials, training tools, and sales aids.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional working

Collaborate with EMEA Brand Marketing Manager Myopia Management, EMEA Senior Commercial Manager, Senior Customer Marketing Lead and EMEA Senior Professional Affairs Manager to adapt brand materials for key EMEA customers and create effective campaigns, templates and tools for myopia management. Partner with Customer Marketing and Key Account Managers in local market teams to co-create and deliver impactful myopia management customer marketing plans and campaigns. Work in partnership with Global Marketing Manager to develop category and product messaging for MiSight® Spectacle Lenses. Coordinate closely with market teams to track customer campaign performance, return on investment and best practices for myopia management campaign execution. Provide coaching and support to customer marketing teams across markets, ensuring they are aligned with myopia management objectives and executing customer plans effectively.

Market Insights and Competitive Intelligence

Use analytics and market research from EMEA Category Insight and Key Account teams to understand customer needs, market opportunities, and pricing trends across EMEA, informing the development of customer-centric myopia management marketing strategies. Feed into EMEA competitor intelligence programme.

Budget and Resource Management

Manage the regional marketing budget for MiSight® Spectacle Lenses, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and efficient allocation of resources. Support the annual planning process, including the EMEA Integrated Marketing Plan (IMP) for MiSight® Spectacle Lenses.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Minimum 7 years’ experience in brand marketing and customer marketing, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or consumer goods. Strong background in B2B and B2B2C marketing, with a focus on product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, and customer marketing. Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating across European markets. Expertise in budget management, marketing analytics, and ROI tracking. Strong understanding of consumer and customer needs, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across diverse teams. Comfortable working in a global organisation, across different time zones. Extremely organized, proactive, flexible and collaborative with demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Must have excellent command of the English language. Other European languages would be an advantage but not essential.

Work Environment

Prolonged sitting in front of a computer, office environment. Field work/ internal and external customer-facing. Regional travel (EMEA) will be required 25-30% of total time.

Experience

At least 5 years of brand and customer marketing experience Experience in the vision care category or a similar healthcare B2B and/or B2B2C environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field required.
