Senior Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dynamic, multilingual professional to join our team as a Customer Service Senior. The ideal candidate will thrive in our fast-paced, project-driven environment, continuously seeking to learn and improve processes. This role is not suitable for those who prefer routine tasks or require constant direction. The ideal candidate will possess: Key Attributes + **Fluency in Bengali and English (mandatory** + Proactive, high-energy personality + Welcoming demeanor and excellent customer relationship skills + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly with Excel + Self-motivated learner with a passion for innovation + "Out of the box" thinker capable of creating new methods and procedures independently Required Skills + **Fluency in Bengali and English (mandatory)** + Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis + Face-to-face customer service experience + Relationship building skills with co-workers and customers + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Job Responsibilities + Service taxi drivers at a walk-up window (9am to 6pm M-F) + Log customer visits in Salesforce Service Cloud + Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills + Work efficiently under pressure + Identify service request trends and proactively seek solutions + Become a Subject Matter Expert in Curb-related operations + Take on new projects as directed Desired Skills / Experience + Technology savvy + Leadership by example + Strong writing skills + Taxi / For-Hire car services experience + Developing Standard Operating Procedures + Building business relationships with key accounts **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
