Senior Customer Success Manager, Delivery Integrations

**About the Role**
Uber Eats is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Success Manager to join our growing Delivery Integrations Team. This role will work closely with our Head of Partner Success and will manage relationships with key integration partners (e.g. POS systems), focusing on driving operational excellence, API feature adoption, and partner satisfaction.
**What You'll Do:**
- Manage a portfolio of high-priority integration partners, ensuring their success on Uber Eats’ platform.
- Drive KPIs related to partner performance, such as onboarding speed and reliability.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with partners, identifying key areas for improvement, ensuring alignment on business goals, and driving mutual growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Product, Operations, and Engineering teams, to resolve partner challenges and implement new initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of new API endpoints, features, and products by presenting a compelling business case based on a deep understanding of the partners’ needs and our capabilities
- Act as the point of escalation for partner-related concerns, ensuring swift resolution and clear communication across all levels of the organization.
- Monitor partner feedback, industry trends, and emerging technologies to proactively recommend improvements to Uber Eats’ integrations and partner offerings
**Basic Qualifications:**
- 4+ years' experience in business operations, customer success, partner management or technology
- Proven ability to manage complex B2B partnerships
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and achieving operational performance metrics
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- 6+ years' experience in business operations, customer success, partner management or technology
- Experience working within a Solutions Engineer focused role
- Experience working with APIs and integration partnerships.
- Familiarity with the food delivery, marketplace or restaurant technology space
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.
