Senior Customer Systems Technician

As a Senior Customer Systems Technician at Micron Technology Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and service.
You will be responsible for diagnosing and providing technical solutions for system issues related to DRAM, UFS, eMMC, LPDDR, or systems using
Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and Protocol Analyzers. Additionally, you will support Seoul’s Customer Engineering lab (CEL) activities, including preparing for and supporting audits, as well as maintaining equipment and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers by performing Timing Signal Analysis and basic diagnosing
related to DRAM, UFS, eMMC, LPDDR or system using Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes & Protocol Analyzers.

Lab Management: Manage lab environment, including equipment setup, maintenance, and organization.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of lab equipment, configurations, and customer interactions.
Create and update customer report as needed.

Collaboration: Support CEL engineer/s as well as work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to
Global Quality, Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Product Engineering and Sales, relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.

Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Logic Analyzers,
Oscilloscopes, Protocol Analyzers, DRAM, UFS, LPDDR, and system debug.

Qualifications:

Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field education or experience.
Relevant Courses: Semiconductor technology, digital systems, microelectronics, and circuit design.At least 3 years of experience in lab management, including equipment maintenance and preparing IATF audit.Experience in signal analysis relating to Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Protocol Analyzers, DRAM, UFS, LPDDR, and system debug.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & KoreanStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge and strong passion for PC (ARM, Intel, AMD) and softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a team[Optional] Relevant certifications or training in the field
