The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments, and informatics systems is often the first step in patient care decision-making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers. **What You’ll Work On** Qualified candidates must currently live in **Dallas, TX area** (On-site position) Relocation assistance is not authorized for this position. This position has training responsibility for all customers training within the US commercial area. Business-related travel: Trainer maybe asked to travel to a customer site to conduct on-site training as business needs dictate. Implement and execute the commercial training strategy for customers. Gather feedback and perform analysis to identify existing training gaps, root causes; and recommended and implement resolutions and training improvements. Coordinate with other trainers to assess and deliver on customer training needs; including creation and updates to key training material, session design and creation. Monitor progress, provide feedback, and coordinate remediation plans for individual trainees to ensure adoption of key training outcomes. Facilitate communication between the field and in-house training with regards to training class schedules, attendees, organizational training needs, and opportunities for training improvement.
