The qualified candidates will join the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce practice, specifically focusing on Retail implementations. Your expertise as a Senior Consultant will allow you to design solutions that are usable, scalable, fit-for-purpose, and maintainable. You will leverage emerging Microsoft and Azure-based technologies to address clients specific needs. Your experience in implementing Dynamics AX and D365 Commerce as a Senior Consultant through the entire journey of Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support will be essential to your success. Day to Day  - Understand clients business requirements and work with both functional and technical consultants to design solutions that address these requirements.  - Provide leadership to the delivery team through the implementation.  - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster process improvement and delivery of D365 Commerce implementations, with a focus on retail functionalities.  - Maintain a high level of expertise and current knowledge of all features of the Dynamics 365 platform and the Azure stack capabilities.  - Work with near shore and offshore teams and delivery centers. Skills and Requirements Must Haves  - 10+ years experience in a professional consulting environment with D365 ERP implementation as your focus.  - 7+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Commerce in a hands-on role implementing retail functionalities, including Point of Sale (POS), E-commerce, Inventory Management, Customer Engagement, etc.  - At least 5 full lifecycle ERP implementations in a Senior Consultant or Lead Consultant role.  - Excitement around emerging technologies and interest in retail/commerce systems, traceability, and controls.  - Knowledge of MS Azure as a platform and associated technologies like AppSource and Microsofts partnering model.  - Experience integrating D365 ERP with third-party systems.  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  - Willingness to travel within North America (Canada & US) as required. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
