Publicis Sapient Hummingbird deftly navigates Intelligent Business Applications like Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot, intertwining them with business data, to provide transformative and measurable outcomes for our clients. **Overview** We are seeking a motivated Technical Developer with a passion for Dynamics 365 and associated technologies. This role is designed for an individual eager to build technical expertise in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including customer service modules, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), and integration techniques. The ideal candidate will work closely with experienced technical teams, contributing to the development of robust solutions while learning best practices in coding, configuration, and DevOps. **Key Responsibilities** + **Development & Customisation** + Assist in extending Dynamics 365 functionalities using Power Fx, XRM, JavaScript, plugins, and PCF controls. + Support the development of solutions by utilising out-of-the-box configurations and custom code. + Collaborate with senior developers to implement technical requirements that meet business needs. + **Integration & Collaboration** + Work with integration teams to help connect Dynamics 365 with auxiliary systems. + Support the implementation of ISV add-ons and third-party solutions (e.g. N52 or similar) under guidance. + Participate in cross-functional team meetings, contributing to solution design and technical discussions. + **DevOps & Best Practices** + Assist with CI/CD pipeline maintenance and adherence to development best practices. + Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and artefacts to support solution delivery. + Learn and apply DLP policies and secure coding practices as part of the development process. + **Continuous Learning & Professional Development** + Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn emerging technologies within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. + Engage in training opportunities and seek mentorship to grow technical skills and industry knowledge. + Maintain a proactive attitude towards enhancing personal expertise and contributing to team success. **Qualifications** **Essential Qualifications & Experience** + 1-3 years’ experience in a technical development role, preferably within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. + Basic understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI). + Familiarity with development languages and frameworks including JavaScript, and exposure to Power Fx or XRM is an advantage. + Demonstrable ability to work within a collaborative team environment and follow established development methodologies. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for learning and professional growth. **Desired Attributes** + A proactive mindset with a keen interest in developing technical capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem. + Detail-oriented and committed to delivering solutions with minimal technical debt. + Enthusiasm for working with cross-functional teams and contributing to the broader technical strategy.
