Develop an in-depth understanding of customer journey on App/Web platforms and generate recommendations around building a frictionless product experience

Key Responsibilities

Develop strong hypothesis, conduct A/B analytics and make data based recommendations for product Collaborate with the Product team for data tracking and implementation of tools like Adobe analytics, GA, Appsflyer etc. Develop predictive frameworks based on the customer life cycle to assist in user retention/churn reduction Develop unsupervised/supervised models to create & target relevant segments for key retention campaigns

Experience & Skills

Skills Required Experience in data modeling, predictive analysis, & expertise in R/SQL/Python Familiar with digital analytics and clickstream data Preferably has experience with Adobe analytics, Appsflyer, GA etc. Educational Qualifications Graduate / Post Graduate degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering / Business Administration / Statistics / Operational Research / Mathematics Work Experience 2-4 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics / Modelling preferably in digital / consumer analytics field
