Summary: We are seeking a Global Labor Planning Analyst to enhance operational excellence through expertise in labor planning, budgeting, and analytics. You will gather, analyze, and visualize data to improve our global stores' performance and consumer service. The Analyst will collaborate with key partners to develop reporting and visualization methodologies and automate data capture. Responsibilities: * Build cross-functional partnerships to drive labor planning and reporting * Assess current labor data and reporting to create a visualization and reporting roadmap * Visualize data to drive results related to labor budgets, sales per labor hour, and other KPIs * Recommend and implement data automation for a global labor budgeting tool to align store workload with financial targets
