As a Senior Data Analyst, this role will be part of newly formed team that is focused on developing a cutting-edge analytic platform and deploying advanced machine learning models to improve health outcomes for our members. As a Senior Data Analyst within the team, this individual will be responsible for leading the development of new analytics and reporting to ensure that our business partners have the information and confidence they need to make crucial business decisions. This role will work closely with our business users to understand their needs and priorities with the autonomy to propose new solutions and leverage new technologies, while being supported by a wider team of Data Engineers, Business Analysts and Data Scientists.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities of a Senior Data Analyst:
Working collaboratively with business partners, SMEs, and BAs to ensure a shared understanding of business requirements. Creating wireframes to explore and confirm business requirements. Planning and managing the ingestion of source data into the big data analytic platform Developing new ETL processes that are efficient, well-structured, and maintainable. Building performant and user-friendly dashboards while adhering to style guides and UI best practices Developing and maintaining technical and user documentation Complying with design and coding standards, policies, and procedures Participate in Sprint Planning and Sprint Review meetings with the Scrum Team and project stakeholders Communicating with various functional areas and translating technical concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing Leveraging new technologies to drive innovation in data analytics as applied to healthcare and to meet emerging customer requirements.Required Qualifications of a Senior Data Analyst:
Technical undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification Proven experience performing and leading significant data analysis and report development with accountability of work for senior management. Strong SQL experience, including experience with various database technologies such as MS SQL Server and Hive Programming experience e.g., Python Strong experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or SSRS Strong design skills to understand user needs and provide visual solutions. Experience leading and implementing data quality initiatives. Strong understanding of relational database concepts Excellent communication skills Stakeholder management experience Fluent in English both written and spokenPreferred Qualifications of a Senior Data Analyst:
Experience with Cloud technologies such as MS Azure and Snowflake A strong Tableau or Power BI portfolio Experience with Agile methodology Core design skills: ability to establish visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color Experience working with healthcare analytical products or datasets Exposure to Machine Learning models/projectsPlease note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
