Senior Data Analyst
Description We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This role is within the healthcare industry and is located in Jupiter, Florida, 33458, United States. As a Senior Data Analyst, your main responsibilities will be to use your analytical skills to manage and interpret complex data, especially within healthcare, to minimize potential costs. Responsibilities: • Use data from CMS and other data sources, ensuring accurate data input, processing, retrieval, and output through various computer applications and database management systems. • Develop and implement predictive modelling and profiling strategies to translate results into actionable insights. • Regularly update and use data tools for daily reporting, dashboards, and machine learning models. • Prioritize reporting and information needs in collaboration with the team. • Effectively communicate project results and timelines to both internal leaders and external partners. • Carry out additional duties as assigned. • Apply knowledge of standard methods for measuring healthcare utilization, spending, quality, outcomes, risk adjustment, and provider profiling. • Manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities. • Use business intelligence and data visualization tools such as PowerBI. • Incorporate Agile process methodologies into your work. • Maintain proficiency in Office Suite. • Display excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner. • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and within a team environment. • Show proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • Candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Data Analyst role or similar. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. • Strong skills in data aggregation and analysis are necessary. • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI is preferred. • Candidates should have experience in predictive modeling. • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is desirable. • Experience in risk analytics is preferable.
