As a Senior Data Analyst, this individual will be part of a healthcare product team; focused on developing and implementing methods to improve data generation, usage and reliability. This individual will be a key team member, focused on developing foundational data-pipelines for downstream analytics.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities of a Senior Data Analyst:
Research, interpret, and analyse diverse and complex data Implement analytic activities to support decision-making across multiple lines of business Design and deliver complex reports and analysis through self-service reporting tool – Power BI/Looker. Implement process improvement initiatives and automation for efficiency where appropriate Be responsible for the delivery of results and the support of business strategies derived from data insights Participate in all phases of a project life cycle including database design, process flow, benchmark and trend analysis, and modelling Produce analytical outputs, executive summaries and descriptive analytics reports for Senior Leadership Collaborate with different lines of business and business functions, to understand their analytic needs, act as consultant to propose business solutions, and communicate results of analytics Utilizing SQL to create net new solutions, modify existing content and distribute the data to users and other systems. Provide recommendations to the development team regarding query optimizationRequired Qualifications of a Senior Data Analyst:
Extensive experience in Data Analysis and/or Data Engineering Experience in Data Warehousing , Data Modelling & Reporting and working on cloud. Data manipulation and data transformation skills and proficiency in at least SQL or Python Proficient in research, interpreting, and analyzing diverse and complex data, and assessing Data Quality Experience in deploying large scale analytical solutions or working in a large multinational company Experience in data ETL and blending tools Proficiency with excel & visualization toolsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience building data pipelines on either AWS, Azure or GCP, following best practices in Cloud deployments Understanding of system hardening, and threat and vulnerability management Data migration projects / Dev-ops / Data-Dev-Ops Query Optimization Proven track record in delivering technology driven solutions through full project life cycle.Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
