The Corporate Analytics Team is housed within the Corporate FP&A function at Barracuda and enables business leaders across the enterprise to make critical operational & strategic decisions through deep data analysis, insightful BI Reporting and advanced analytics. As we are building a world class team and capabilities across all the above areas, we are looking for a highly hands on Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The person will get a fantastic opportunity to work hand in hand with a broad range of business groups and be directly responsible for enabling them to meet and exceed their goals through insightful analysis & reporting.  What You’ll Be Working On Conduct in-depth analysis of bottoms-up data driving key SaaS metrics for the organization – Bookings, ARR, NRR, GRR, Churn, etc and share insights into trendsPerform comprehensive analysis of large, complex GTM datasets using tools like SQL, Excel, Python, and identify critical business drivers and opportunities for growthCollaborate with C-suite executives from Customer Success, Product, Finance (FP&A), Sales, and Marketing to identify strategic business needs and translate them into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.Diagnose and resolve data issues efficiently, partnering with data warehouse teams to implement temporary solutions or automation that maintain data quality and operational continuityInitiate, own, and drive business and data projects, executing them end-to-end by collaborating with business stakeholders and data warehouse teams.Partner with Data Engineers and BI teams to build scalable data pipelines and automated reports that enable real-time reporting and analysis of key organizational metricsCreate succinct and impactful presentations on data projects or analytical findings and effectively communicate the business value and implications to diverse audiences What You Bring To The Role RequiredBachelor’s / Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related analytical discipline.3+ years of hands-on data wrangling using SQL, Excel or any other data analytics tool in a GTM or FP&A function to drive business insights and reportingStrong business acumen and knowledge of the GTM landscape, including Opportunities, Bookings, Subscriptions, Customers, Products, and their relevant datasetsDemonstrate a proactive approach to meeting business needs by prioritizing and managing multiple requests, executing them efficiently and effectivelyPreferredHands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python, R and data analytics environments like DatabricksStrong knowledge and previous experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is preferred but not mandatoryWhat You’ll Get From Us

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $115,800 -  $135,000.  Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws
