Senior Data Analyst - Ontario

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with a strong foundation in data architecture to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position will full time, direct hire and will be worked onsite in Cambridge, Ontario.
Collaboration:
-Work with Plant analysts and manufacturing POC teams to gather data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
-Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
-Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize operations and achieve strategic goals.
Data Analysis:
-In-Person Connect with Business Stakeholders and understanding their pain points with respect to Data management and analysis.
-Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance data processes and tools, implementing best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy
Data Integrity:
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across systems, performing data validation and cleansing as needed
Qualifications:
-Bachelor"s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on data architecture.
-Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred
-Must legally be able to work in the US or Canada
-Plant or manufacturing experience
-Excellent communication skills
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering an hourly range of $58-65 USD per hour. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
