The Senior Analyst, Data & Analytics will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing insights to improve business operations. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements.

What You'll Be Doing

Conducts complex data analysis and provides insights to support business choices. Develops and maintains analytical models and tools to support business needs. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems. Manages projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Provides guidance and mentorship to Data & Analytics Analysts.

What You'll Need for Success

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, or comparable combination of education and experience. 5 –10+ years of experience in data analysis and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work without supervision and in a team environment.
