Our Employee Benefits division is growing, and we are seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will bridge high-level data analytics expertise with strategic decision-making to support both internal and external clients. As a vital resource, you will partner with HUB’s Employee Benefits Producers and Strategic Account Executives to drive impactful results through innovative data insights, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies.
You will act as the regional liaison to the HUB National Specialty Practice Analytics team, contributing to multi-year cost management strategies, advanced plan modeling, and data-backed solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Your job responsibilities as a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant:
Analytics Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for HUB analytics tools and programs, including Snapshot 360, Infused Analytics (Snapshot360, Plan Insights, Health Insights, Fusion, EmpowerRx) Plan Assessment, Claros, Persona, Smartview, Renewal Intelligence, etc.Client Engagement: Assist in creating multi-year cost management strategies for clients by incorporating benchmarks, performance analysis, and funding alternatives to meet their goals.Plan Design Consultation: Provide advanced consultation on plan modeling and design, delivering tailored, data-driven solutions that address unique client needs.RFP & Renewals: Support large prospect RFPs and high-value client renewals with detailed analytics and compelling data-driven presentations to secure and retain business.Data Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize data platforms and processes for seamless delivery of analytic insights.Strategic Liaison: Connect with the HUB National Specialty Practice Analytics team as a Great Plains Region liaison, ensuring alignment and effective implementation of initiatives.Perform Healthcare Actuarial work as needed.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Qualifications:
Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting roles, preferably within the employee benefits or insurance industry.Advanced knowledge of funding types, underwriting methodologies, and employee benefits cost management strategies.Exceptional proficiency in analytics platforms, data visualization tools, and Microsoft Excel.Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, particularly when explaining complex data to HR and C-suite stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional results.What makes us different than all the rest?
