Snowflake is rapidly growing our Systems Integrators Go To Market Initiatives . Systems Integrators are an integral part of Snowflake business to help customers unlock Power of Snowflake Data Cloud . We are looking for a self-driven, go-getter to help grow these SI's into profitable revenue streams and accelerate the growth of the business. 

 

Success in this position requires the candidate to be a ninja at managing relationships, execute programs, set goals and metrics, track and ensure progress. The candidate will also need help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share among Snowflake SI Partners that work with the US Federal government.

 

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of successfully working with GovCon SI  partners that drive innovation for government customers and strong business acumen in growing a business/ channel/ partnership. Candidates with knowledge on modernization, transformation, government architecture, broader platform ecosystems, best-in-class for gov products, trusted advisors and acquisition strategy are beneficial. 


AS A DATA CLOUD ARCHITECT - SI PARTNERS, YOU WILL:

Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors to SI Partners/customers specifically in the Public Sector

Help Solution Providers/Practice Leads with the technical strategies that enables them to sell their offerings on Snowflake

Help solution providers develop demos, proposed architectures, bakeoffs, and orals prep.

Forward Strategic thinking -  quickly grasp the essence of new concepts and business value messaging 

Strong understanding of how SIs make revenue through government procurement & complexities they face in architectural limitations the government faces. 

Ability to influence where Snowflake products can have the most value for their product services and how Snowflake fits into the larger enterprise architecture.

Help develop and launch joint differentiated solution offerings with SI Partners

Deep understanding about compliance topics like FedRAMP (Moderate | High), FedRAMP+ IL 4/5/6, GDPR and alike.

Conversations with other technologists, providing presentations at the C-level.

Forward Strategic thinking -  quickly grasp the essence of new concepts and business value messaging

OUR IDEAL DATA CLOUD ARCHITECT - SI PARTNERS WILL HAVE:

Providing technical product and deep architectural expertise & latest product capabilities with our Partner Solution Architect community

Production level hands on expertise in developing and deploying PySpark or Scala and SQL to build ELT/data pipelines into production environments. Staying current with the latest Spark updates and best practices

Hands on experience in designing and building highly scalable data pipelines using Spark, Kafka to ingest data from various systems.

Experience with integration platforms like ServiceNow, FiveTran, Informatica, dbtCloud etc.

Experience with database technologies 

Hands-on technical experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD processes and tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and Google Cloud Build

Strong experience with major cloud platforms and tooling, especially Azure or AWS, or Google Cloud

Experience using Big Data or Cloud integration technologies such as Matillion, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, etc.

Experience with AI/ML use cases is a plus

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU HAVE:

Knowledge of public sector, security, data privacy, data governance within the Federal Government

Instant partner and customer credibility with a record of building relationships

Experience with GSIs (EY, Deloitte, Accenture, etc),  would be beneficial

Knowledge of Public Sector organizations is a plus

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $177,000 - $246,500.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
