Job Description We are seeking a skilled professional to support our organization in data-driven decision-making. This role involves analyzing, managing, and reporting data to enhance business processes and marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will blend business analysis and data analysis expertise to support application ownership and business operations. This position pays up to $63 hourly. Provide guidance on data solutions and collaborate with business partners to ensure efficient data capture and structure. Act as a domain expert in data management, supporting engagement managers and business analysts. Produce documentation and training materials for stakeholders. Conduct root cause analysis and resolve technical and functional issues. Offer 2nd and 3rd tier application support and monitor production jobs. Participate in project-related activities, including documentation and presentations. Build and maintain complex SQL reports and ensure data integrity across databases. Develop user-friendly reports and create tracking and monitoring tools. Skills and Requirements 6-10 years of experience in business/data analysis or related fields. 3-5 years of SQL programming experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, operations research, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in analysis, documentation, and presentation tools. Strong knowledge of systems development methodologies and data modeling. Excellent analytical, communication, and consulting skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of systems development methodologies. Broad understanding of technologies and IT approaches.
