Senior Data Engineer

What you'll do As a Senior Data Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of Data pipelines in support of MDM, Territory planning and other Sales/Marketing applications. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams, including data architects, analysts, and business collaborators, to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and availability of critical master data across the organization. You will also implement best practices in data integration, governance, and quality management, while continuously optimizing MDM-based solutions to meet evolving business needs. Responsibility: Lead the design and architecture of scalable MDM solutions using Reltio, ensuring alignment with the company's data strategy and governance frameworks Drive the full lifecycle of MDM projects from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, with a focus on Reltio's MDM platform Architect and lead sophisticated data integration pipelines to ensure the smooth ingestion, transformation, and synchronization of master data across systems such as CRM, ERP, and external data sources Define and implement data quality and governance standards within the Reltio platform Implement automated monitoring, cleansing, and validation processes to maintain data integrity Optimize the performance and scalability of MDM systems and data pipelines, ensuring efficiency in processing and integration Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic: 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience working within MDM/Sales/Marketing space Strong knowledge of master data management (MDM) concepts and data governance frameworks Proficiency in working with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration protocols Proven track record in leading and executing large-scale MDM projects, including data migration, integration, and configuration Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in working with onshore and offshore teams Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field Preferred: Experience with SQL, ELT tools, and data pipeline development Experience with developing pipelines using Snowflake/dbt/Apache Airflow/Python Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and data profiling Strong problem-solving skills and experience with data modeling and metadata management Experienced in Data Engineering best practices with hands on experience using Git, CI/CD and automated testing frameworks Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is a plus Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
