Inviting applications for the role of Senior Data Governance Analyst – Manager - English

In this role you will be responsible to provide a single point end to end accountability for the project oversight, reporting to project management team, establish working relationship with technology partners etc.

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement data standards, policies, practices, and procedures to ensure data integrity, compliance, and availability.

· Identify data-related issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.

· Serve as a liaison between Business and technology to ensure that data related business requirements are clearly defined, communicated, prioritized, and actioned.

· Review and audit data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external regulations.

· Assist in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners.

· Create and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, data lineage, and data flow diagrams.

· Provide support for data governance initiatives, such as data cataloging using Collibra or similar tools.

· Conduct training sessions and workshops on data governance practices and principles.

· Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop metrics and dashboards for data quality.

· Participate in the development and support of data governance program strategies, roadmaps, and project plans.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

· Relevant experience in Data Governance, Data Management and Data Quality

· Proven experience in data governance, data management, data quality, or a similar role.

· Familiarity with SQL for data querying and manipulation.

· Experience with Collibra or other data cataloging tools.

· Experience with Data Quality tools. E.g. Ataccama, IDQ, Collibra, etc.

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint

· Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is desired.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations

· Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

· Experience with database management systems.
