Are you a highly skilled Senior Data Management Officer? Do you have extensive experience in data management, governance, and strategy implementation, particularly within a large-scale business environment? Do you want to play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, quality, and security of our data assets while aligning with regulatory requirements and business objectives?

We're looking for someone to:

• design, establish, and implement a comprehensive data governance strategy and data architecture strategy tailored to the needs of our organization within the financial services industry
• lead efforts to identify and address complex data quality issues, conducting root cause analyses, and devising effective remediation plans
• coordinate data governance forums or committees, engaging stakeholders at senior levels to drive alignment and decision-making
• develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure data quality and provide regular metrics and reports to stakeholders to establish and measure data risk appetite
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices across the organization
• train and onboard new hires and role holders across various departments to enhance their understanding of data management principles and their roles in maintaining data integrity
• stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry trends related to data management and governance, making recommendations for continuous improvement
• participate in strategic planning sessions to align data management initiatives with organizational goals and objectives
