Senior Data Management Analyst
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst. **In this role, you will:** + Help solve complex business problems by using analytical techniques and tools + Directly work with AI, BI, Data and Analytics practitioners to help solve their issues with various products and platforms + Constantly work with product managers, technologists and the business to identify, triage and resolve complex data and analytics related issues + Build collective intelligence for the products we support in conjunction with product design and management in order to promote self-service analytics for 1000’s of analytics users across the enterprise + Develop and maintain report and dashboard inventory using Power BI **Required Qualifications:** + 4+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + **Desired Qualifications:** + University degree in Business or related discipline. + 4+ years of experience with **SQL** **Power BI , and AWB** . + Experience in JIRA and Confluence + Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives. + Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical subject matter experts on system implementations. + Strong communication skills both written and verbal + Presentation skills (PPTs or flow charts and Documentation) + Hands on person and eager to learn new process and areas. + Experience in BI and Analytics tools . + General knowledge and understanding of the GCP BigQuery is desirable + Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. + Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. + Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills. + Previous experience with KPI and metrics management is desirable **Job Expectations:** + Owning the user enablement throughout the different analytics solution lifecycles. + Stakeholder management experience to understand data requirement and provide analytical support. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. + Knowledge of financial products and services, as well as regulatory requirements, is a plus. **We Value Diversity** At Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace; accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.
