Compensation Range: $30.00 to $34.00 an hour

Job Summary:

The Senior Database Management Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of junior Database Management Specialist staff as well as serving as the lead contact point with field operations management to ensure client’s expectations are met. The role will work within the Eocene – Forestry & Utility service line supporting utility customers.

Essential Job Duties:

Design alternative workflows as necessary to support new procedures Design and produce reports based on client directivesDevelop annual circuit plan and schedules through coordination with various partiesHandle data input and output according to schedules and priorities set by client Provide technical support to designated client operations as needed Other duties as assigned 

Supervisory Duties:

Supervises the activities of the database management specialists.Identifies training needs and development, and provides the required training, including training of new hires.

Knowledge, Skills & Ability Requirements:

Two years’ experience working with computers, office equipment, and data entry equipment  Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills

Education, Certification & Experience Requirements:

Two years’ experience working as a Data Management Specialist for utility client One-year supervisory experience preferredAssociate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred 

Other Preferred Requirements: (driver’s license, CDL, pesticide or herbicide license, CPR or first-aid certified)

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record preferred
