A leader in the medical aesthetic industry that offers a suite of products used by their customers to help them manage and run their businesses more efficiently is growing their Product Management organization. They are looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to oversee the development and delivery of curated datasets, augmented data elements, and an array of data products while working cross functionally with data engineers, data scientists, and the digital product organization as a whole.

Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or relevant quantitative fields of study At least 4+ years of direct experience working in a product management role, with demonstrated experience launching successful software or data products Proven Experience working in a startup environment and ability to take products from prototype stage to launch 2+ years of experience in data-oriented role, such as a data engineer, data scientist, or data analyst Ability to communicate and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong understanding NPI and ability to conduct product discovery, concept testing, A/B testing, etc. A strong bias towards actions and a results-oriented mindset
Desired Skills & Experience Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve business goals Experience in data mesh environments across large enterprise environments with multiple data product offerings Familiarity and proficiency with LLMs, GenAI modalities, and production applications of such technologies Experience Utilizing 3rd party data sources from brokers, marketplaces, etc. Experience with the tools and fundamentals of Data Engineering, Data Science, ML/AI, and MLOps What You Will Be Doing Prioritizing development of data products based on user feedback, feasibility, goals, and ROI Serving as a subject matter experience in your area and helping guide others towards a common vision Network and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to improve data product offerings across the enterprise The Offer
