Senior Data Project Manager
Grow your career as a Big Data Project Manager with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will setup new programs requiring execution, execute on associated programs, and lead resources to support their execution. The outcome of this role is a portfolio of execution programs under your leadership. Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree. 8 to 10+ years of successful program management experience. Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams. Exceptional communications skills and stakeholder engagement expertise. Comfortable communicating with senior leaders to understand expected outcomes and objectives and work with execution resources to devise programs to deliver on the objectives. Experience leading change efforts and thriving in dynamic environments. What You Will Be Doing Will hands-on manage technical projects related to key initiatives include program metrics, data concern remediation, data book of work and other initiatives at the direction of Data Engineering leadership. Develop program plans with clear objectives, timelines and resource requirements. Establish robust governance structures, communications channels and reporting mechanisms. Drive the execution of program initiatives by providing guidance and support to project teams. Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Extensively use PowerPoint to communicate program progress and achievements. Identify potential risk and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track program performance and take corrective actions. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and management expectations throughout the program lifecycle. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes of systems.
