What You Will Do:
Create and update Tableau dashboards and analytics.
Accurately drill deep into data and generate reports.
Gather, clean, and prepare data for analytics and visualization.
Manage and use Tableau to gain valuable insights.
Designs and develops advanced analytics, dashboards, and reports utilizing industry standard BI and reporting tools, to include but not limited to, SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence suite, MS Power BI, and Tableau
Participates in business analysis activities to elicit stakeholder requirements to drive key business decisions and translate this into specific technical requirements
Improves existing reporting and analytics by gathering user feedback to re-design, improve, merge, or add new content into existing BI reports
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
EIGHT (8) or more year of experience in data visualization or data reporting
Must possess advanced programming skills, experience with application/web development, and excellent troubleshooting skills
Must be able to go to client site 3 days a week
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Strong understanding of COBIT and CGEIT framework/best practices
Strong understanding of ITSM best practice integration
Preferred ITIL (v.3 or higher)
Experience developing dashboards in Tableau (Server and Desktop).
Ability to create and maintain interactive dashboards with an emphasis on user experience, consistency, and visibility.
Ability to deliver data in a way that enables the Office Director to quickly understand the state of the business, form action plans, and ask better questions.
Ability to gathering and normalize data from multiple data sources (i.e. SEVIS and CMS extracts)
Exceptional work experience in conducting complex analyses of quantitative and qualitative data (involving various data sources) and results reporting.
Education and/or exceptional work experience related to statistical and research methodology.
Advanced experience migrating (uploading) data from one system data base or network to Access, Excel, or other software application or system, and designing procedures, methodologies and reports to guide data analyses and interpretation.
Exceptional facility with standard software, including Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and an excellent ability to learn and work with other software
Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and multi-task in a high volume, fast-pace work environment.
Tableau Data Certification preferredĀ
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
